Abode Property Management is a Bristol (Clifton) based residential property management and letting agency offering a professional service for landlords and marketing a wide selection of properties across Bristol to tenants.

With no in-house resource dedicated to managing Abode’s social media channels they had stagnated, with no new content or updates being posted, despite the relatively large following.  ATW reviewed past performance to ascertain which channels would offer the greatest value for them, identified target markets, developed brand documents and then began to distribute relevant content.

Content distributed on social media received encouraging engagement, with blog posts, testimonial graphics and content centred around Bristol performing notably well.

The traffic and engagement generated by social media has complemented the wider marketing activities, has delivered leads and has offered landlords and tenants another platform to engage with the business on.
