All Things Web® (ATW) met with Colmers HR to understand fully the background to the rebrand and the future vision for the business. Using the new logo and colour palette ATW designed the website with WordPress, using open source software and a Content Management System which enables Colmers HR to easily manage and update the website on an ongoing basis. The website made use of a modern, professional yet quirky theme that reflected the personality of the business whilst also detailing their service offering and highlighting their expertise.
The initial brief was that all content would be written and provided by Colmers HR. The website was developed through COVID-19 and the business was actively supporting clients that required HR support and this impacted on its’ ability to also write for the website. Using an internal team of expert copywriters ATW provided this additional service. Using the power of technology ATW liaised with the business to fully understand the service offering and the key messages that were critical for the website. This allowed ATW to interpret everything the business wanted to include in the content and give it integrity and purpose.
The website launched on time and within budget, is fully responsive and mobile friendly. Colmers HR immediately saw an interest in their services through website clickthrough rates and a daily increase in on-site engagement rate.
Next steps will be to continue the development journey with Colmers HR to add further pages to the website and enhance the offering in line with future business plans and growth.
