Helen Moloney

Helen joined All Things Web® in March 2010 having previously worked within the Financial Services Industry for over 20 years in a variety of business development, marketing and management roles, most recently as GB Head of Marketing for an international Bank.

She brings her considerable Marketing & Business Experience to the team and as Managing Director is responsible for business development as well as providing general Marketing Consultancy for clients.

Helen is also Chair of the Marketing Specialist Interest Group at BASDA (The Business Application Software Developers Association) bringing the latest marketing knowledge, tools and best industry practice to its members.

When not working (or on an airfield waiting for her husband), she is a Governor of Luckington Community School, Trustee of the Friends of Luckington School and spends time with their son Aiden and Golden Retriever Rex. She also enjoys Pilates, running and hill walking.

Darren launched All Things Web® over 15 years ago in recognition of the need to offer clients an SEO service that stripped away the mystique surrounding the subject, instead offering an informed, jargon free and reliable service that could be trusted to successfully optimise clients’ websites, to ensure they attract targeted on-line traffic that converted into business leads and sales.

Well known throughout the industry, both in the UK and internationally, as Technical Director Darren has oversight over all technical aspects of the business including the adoption of new technology and provides additional technical support to the team where it is required.

As a pilot (both Gliders and Light Aircraft) and keen mountain walker (when not working or researching Web Marketing) Darren can generally be found on an airfield or at the top of a UK mountain or moorland!

Carol Tennant

Carol brings significant experience to the team at All Things Web® with a background in both financial services and consultancy, working with clients across a variety of sectors, specialisms and customer segments. Her expertise in developing and implementing marketing, communication and branding strategies has delivered measurable results for our clients by implementing innovative and creative solutions for them.

In her spare time Carol loves to travel especially to her native Ireland. She also enjoys catching up with friends, cinema, reading, photography, pilates and music.

Jess Lilley

Jess joined the All Things Web® team in July 2014 after completing her degree in Business and Management with Sociology.

Over the years Jess has progressed and developed through the business and is now currently Marketing Manager. Jess’s role means she focuses on our marketing, enhancing our relationships with our clients and building strong connections with new clients, suppliers and partners.

If her role at All Things Web® didn’t keep her busy enough, she is an avid baker, a lot of cake has been shared with the team over the years, not that they are ever complaining. And as of 2023 she welcomed her little boy Theodore, with husband Rich and is enjoying her time as a family of three.

Heather Vandamme

Heather joined the All Things Web® team in July 2019. She has a background in B2B marketing from the world of exhibitions and has worked across events for the marketing, manufacturing and cosmetics industries.

Heather enjoys both the strategic and implementation side of marketing, working with clients on their social media management, website development, email marketing and content production.

When not in the office, Heather finds great satisfaction in doing a bit of gardening, especially growing (and eating!) veggies.

Emma joined the team in May 2023, to restart her career in marketing after taking time out to live and travel in Australia. Working alongside Jess on new website projects and taking over responsibilities such as website maintenance.

Having previously worked for a small marketing company doing a range of tasks from website maintenance and digital to social media and events. With a creative background having studied art at University and a hobby of photography, She is looking forward to expanding her creative skills around website design.

Emma has a love of travel and exploring, she is often found waiting on a beach for that perfect sunset shot.
